Blue Poppy

The poppy plant is obtained from the seeds of the yellowish-brown opium plant that grows around the Mediterranean.
Cultivated since the 6th century, the poppy is considered one of the oldest plants cultivated by mankind.
Blue poppy, with its nutty flavor, is widely used in bread, bagels and buns, and for flavoring and decorating pastries.
Contains trace amounts of an opium chemical called opium.
This chemical ingredient is mostly caused by immature seeds.
However, since this type of spice is not used, the effect is not felt.
When stored in a cool place such as a refrigerator, it can be stored for a long time without getting stale.
