1- CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ?
You can return the products you receive within 14 days without opening them. After your order arrives at our returns warehouse, it will be inspected and your refund will take place after unopened confirmation is given. There is no right of withdrawal for hygienically sensitive products such as cosmetics and jewellery, products that have an expiration date and products at risk of spoiling quickly.
2- WHEN IS THE PAYMENT MADE AFTER MY ORDER IS RETURNED ?
After the return confirmation of your order is received, it will be returned to your bank within a maximum of 10 working days. If this period has expired and no refund has been made, please contact your bank.
