White Tea

White tea is obtained by collecting the immature parts of the tea plant and drying them in the sun.
It is grown in Eastern Nepal, Taiwan, Northern Thailand, Southern Sri Lanka and India, especially in the Fujian region of China.
It is the silvery, white hairy parts on the tea shoots that give white tea its name.
It turns pale yellow when brewed.
It has a lighter aroma than black tea and green tea.
It is anti-aging with the antioxidants it contains.
